General Terms and Conditions:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The terms and conditions apply to the use of the www.andreahinnen.com<\/a> <\/strong>website. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Ordering<\/strong>
\nYou can pay with VISA, Mastercard, PayPal or Postcard.<\/p>\n

2. Prices<\/strong>
\nAll prices are quoted in Swiss Francs. We are not yet subjected to pay TVA, therefore all our prices are quoted in Swiss Francs, exclusive of value added tax (VAT).<\/p>\n

3. Delivery<\/strong>
\nUpon receiving the order the goods will be sipped out within a 1-3 days time frame. <\/p>\n

4. Returns<\/strong>
\nShould you not be pleased with your order, we operate a return policy, and if you return an item within 14 days of receipt, we will reimburse you the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange. The  goods must be returned in their original package, must be unused, clean, in a complete state and undamaged. Missing pieces, dirty or damaged items will not be accepted as returns.
\nIt is the client’s responsibility to check the goods’ condition after receiving the parcel; potential damages shall be addressed immediately.  
\nReturns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods. Should there be no acknowledgment of receipt, returns will be accepted 14 days after the parcel was delivered to the client. The client had to cover the charges for shipping and packing in case of a return, and bears the risk for sending back the goods. The goods can be sent back by post or returned to the shop, at the following address: <\/p>\n

5. Applicable Law<\/strong>
\nThe Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
